Lameness in both sheep and dairy goats
Tick borne diseases in conservational grazing herds
Consulting for large flocks
Individual animal care
Teaching - undergraduates and hopefully residents

I graduated from Utrecht in 2009, first job in Ireland in a mixed practice in Ireland. After a year with lots of clinical experiences I moved to the UK, University of Bristol. I started working on dairy cattle lameness but swiftly moved lameness in dairy goats. I finished my residency in 2014 and succesfully sat the exam in September 2015. At the moment I am working in private practice in the North East of The Netherlands. The job consists of dairy cattle, sheep and goat work. A recently acquired sheep-only practice that operates nationwide ensures a lot of sheep work.

I would like to offer the opportunity to do a placement with our sheep-only practice. Especially from January to July we will be very busy doing large flock visits and consulting. Due to pregnancy I will not be able to offer this in 2018 but will very happy to host a resident (or 2!) in 2019.
